PAY BY CREDIT CARD -- email me first at tonydmd@gmail.com (or via the CONTACT US section of this site--as seen on menu on top of this page) to notify me that you'll be paying by credit card.  I will then send an "email invoice" to you via my PayPal account so you can securely pay online (I do not manually process credit cards).
 

Please note the following: you do not need a PayPal account yourself to do this (there is a place on your invoice that will tell you to click if you don't have an account), and do not email me your credit card info directly as I cannot input it manually myself…it needs to be done via my PayPal account…it is fast, secure, and simple to do. Again, it is important that you let me know the EMAIL address you would like the PayPal invoice to be sent to.  Finally, make sure to also tell me who else in your downline or upline will be registering, so you can take advantage of the $345 price (and not $395) and are invoiced properly!
